Join me in this short guided meditation to anchor and ground yourself through turmoil and chaos.
This meditation is for anyone who easily becomes swept up in their thoughts and feelings. In the newsletter I talked about my recent struggle creating a routine because of how easily I’m distracted by intrusive thoughts and feelings lately.
I wrote this meditation after completing my Master Mindfulness certification and it really embodies the transition I feel when I’m able to notice my thoughts and feelings rather than become them. It helps me remember that I do know what it feels like to be grounded and in control of myself.
